Established in 2004, Principal Mortgages has evolved to become a well respected, no-nonsense mortgage broker which has a track record of negotiating deals for clients that are far superior to those available to the public.

Its mortgage brokers are all highly qualified individuals and are Approved Credit Adviser’s with the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia. Principal Mortgages has access to loans from over 40 lenders and use one of the most sophisticated software systems currently available in Australia.

By continually keeping up-to-date with the market Principal Mortgages brokers know which lenders are offering the largest discounts and incentives for new customers and they leverage off this knowledge to negotiate the best discount available for each client.

Our Director, Shaun Bettman

Shaun is a highly qualified Chartered Accountant and member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.

After working at ING and Commonwealth Bank, Shaun founded Principal Mortgages to leverage off his knowledge of financial institutions for the benefit of his professional client base.

Since establishing the business Shaun has negotiated highly competitive interest rates for many clients as well as assisted them with loan structuring and tax considerations. Shaun specialises in organising finance for residential and commercial purchases and refinances.
